Agriculture sector with changes in the world tariff situation:
Challenges for growth

In the first quarter of 2025, the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector increased by 3.74%, contributing 6.09% to the total added value of the national economy. This is the largest first quarter growth rate in the past 4 years. In 2025, the agricultural sector strives to grow by 4.0% or more, despite knowing that this is a big challenge.
Minister of Agriculture and Environment Do Duc Duy said that this is a challenge for the agricultural sector to restructure, catch up with development trends, and participate in international competition at a "difficult" level to create a breakthrough. The Ministry has compiled recommendations from businesses and associations to resolve immediate difficulties, especially the imposition of new taxes by the United States. The US's postponement of the tax deadline by 90 days is a signal of hope for a better agreement for Vietnam, but the Ministry is still developing plans and options in case of high taxes.
Bright future for Vietnam's railway industry
Lesson 3: The market is big enough for Vietnamese businesses to invest in.

Ms. Hoang Nguyet Minh, Senior Director of Commercial Leasing, Savills Hanoi also said that in 2025, Hanoi will continue to have a number of large retail premises, such as Keppel's Hanoi Centre project, with a very large supply, about 75,000m2 of construction floor space.
Land dispute at group 10, Dong Anh town (Dong Anh district):
Need to resolve soon

Believing that the Dong Anh District People's Committee's issuance of a Land Use Right Certificate (No. BG 145262, Registration No. 2288/QD-38) to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh on July 1, 2011 overlapped a part of the land area that his family was using, showing signs of confusion and incorrect address, Mr. Nguyen Van Nham's family, residing in Group 10, Dong Anh Town, has continuously submitted complaints to the authorities at all levels. However, to date, the matter has not been resolved.
The reason for the long-standing dispute over land plot No. 140, row D7, Dong Anh town, causing insecurity and disorder in the area, is that at the time of issuing the red book to Mr. Khanh, the officer in charge did not investigate and verify the actual location of the land. To avoid further conflicts arising from land disputes leading to many consequences, it is recommended that the People's Committee of Dong Anh district promptly resolve the above incident.
Hoan Kiem Lake - old memories and today's changes

Generations of “Hang Street” people have engraved stories and songs about Hoan Kiem Lake (Hoan Kiem Lake) in their hearts as a proud way to start a story about “small alley, small street, my house is there…”.
These days, close to the demolition of the "shark jaw" building, Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square welcomes many people from all over to "check-in" as a farewell to this project.
From a fair perspective of a building that has the right to be loved, but does not mean it deserves to become a burden on urban development, Architect Trinh Phuong Quan stated that Hanoi's decision to demolish the building to expand public space around Hoan Kiem Lake is a brave and necessary step.
