The program is organized by the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association - Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Tourism Club in coordination with the City Department of Tourism, the City Women's Union, the City Youth Union, the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, Suoi Tien Tourist Area and sponsors.

This is a large-scale program organized to promote the spirit of mutual love and support, not leaving out any cases that do not have the conditions to celebrate Tet.
The program's organizers have mobilized social resources to care for children orphaned by the Covid-19 pandemic, children in difficult circumstances; disabled children, children in shelters, open houses, Homeland Humanitarian Centers... to celebrate the traditional Tet holiday of the nation happily, healthily, safely and economically.
In the program, children can participate in Spring activities through folk games, activities related to nature and the environment, which have high educational significance, helping children better understand traditional cultural values, the traditional Tet of the Vietnamese people, love nature and preserve the environment.
The total cost of organizing the tourism program for children is about 1.8 billion VND contributed by member units of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association - Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Tourism Club and mobilized legal sources.
