Awarding the 80-year Party membership badge to Lieutenant General Pham Sinh

Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Secretary of Thanh Xuan District Party Committee Bui Huyen Mai pinned the 80-year Party membership badge on veteran party member Pham Sinh.

Lieutenant General Pham Sinh (born in 1926), former Deputy Commander and Secretary of the Party Committee of Military Region 2, is currently active at Party Cell 5, Thanh Xuan Nam Ward Party Committee, Thanh Xuan District.

Respectfully presenting the 80-year Party membership badge to veteran party member Pham Sinh, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Thanh Xuan District Party Secretary Bui Huyen Mai affirmed that the awarding of the noble Party badge is an honor and pride not only for party member Pham Sinh personally but also a common joy and pride for the entire Thanh Xuan District Party Committee.
