The activity was organized by the Quang Nam Provincial Red Cross Society in coordination with the Nui Thanh District Red Cross Society and the district's Department of Education and Training.

Trainers from the provincial Red Cross Society provided theoretical and practical guidance, helping students equip themselves with the knowledge and skills needed to handle situations confidently and instruct them on how to provide help in an emergency.

Students are also instructed on how to handle and bandage injuries to limit further damage caused by unexpected accidents that can occur while playing, playing sports, or going to school, such as broken forearms, legs, etc.

In the context of the approaching hot season, with localities at high risk of natural disasters and drowning accidents, the training helps raise awareness and knowledge for students about safety when in contact with water; providing information about the risk of drowning, preventive measures, what to do and what not to do to prevent drowning.

As planned, this April, the training program will continue to be implemented at many secondary schools in areas at high risk of natural disasters and drowning in the province.
