The reorganization of the Quang Nam Provincial Population Department is to comply with the provisions of the Law on Organization of Local Government and Government decrees on the organization of the state administrative apparatus, while ensuring the streamlining of the apparatus and improving the efficiency of operations in the fields of population and child care.
According to the decision, the Director of the Department of Health will carry out the reorganization work, including: Stipulating the specific functions, tasks, and powers of the Department of Population and Children; allocating staff, arranging, and managing personnel appropriately in accordance with legal regulations.
