The professional training conference aims to help grassroots front officials in Ha Tinh equip themselves with more legal knowledge and improve their skills during their work.
On the morning of October 23, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee opened a training conference on professional front work in 2023. Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Tran Nhat Tan, leaders of departments, branches and 160 front officials from localities across the province attended. |

During the 1-day course, front officials at all levels were informed by lecturers from the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the provincial Social Insurance on issues such as: an overview of poverty reduction and social security work in Ha Tinh province; new policies of the Central Government and the province on poverty reduction; results of implementing the social insurance and health insurance coverage targets according to the Provincial People's Council Resolution in the first 8 months of 2023 and some contents on voluntary social insurance and family health insurance policies.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also conveyed topics such as: Directive No. 22-CT/TW dated May 25, 2023 of the Central Party Secretariat on leading the congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and the 10th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term;
Directive No. 34-CT/TU dated June 26, 2023 of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee on leadership of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congresses at all levels and the 15th Provincial Fatherland Front Congress for the 2024-2029 term; guidance on organizing the Fatherland Front Congresses at all levels for the 2024-2029 term.
Exchange information and experience in monitoring and social criticism activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in taking the lead in implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" and supervising the contents of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas...
Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Thai Ngoc Hai deployed contents related to the organization of Fatherland Front congresses at all levels.
At the same time, guide a number of contents to implement Decree No. 93/2021/ND-CP dated October 27, 2021 on mobilizing, receiving, distributing and using voluntary contributions to support overcoming difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics, incidents, supporting patients with serious illnesses; mobilization, management and use of the "For the Poor" Fund.
