Continue to build highlights of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life"

On January 17, the Steering Committee of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" (TDĐKXDĐSVH) and family work in Bac Giang province held a conference to summarize the movement "TDĐKXDĐSVH" and family work in 2024, and deploy tasks in 2025. Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son - Head of the Steering Committee of the movement chaired the conference. Also attending were representatives of leaders of departments, branches, agencies, units and localities in the province.

In 2024, the Steering Committee for the Movement for the Construction of Cultural Villages at all levels proactively developed plans and implemented the content of the Movement for the Construction of Cultural Villages and family work in many forms and flexible ways, bringing practical results and receiving positive responses from many classes of people. The models of mutual poverty reduction were effective. During the year, 100,669/201,338 households achieved the title of good production and business households at all levels. The poverty rate in the whole province is estimated to decrease to 1.75%, down 0.88% compared to 2023; near-poor households are 2.6%, down 0.8% compared to 2023.

The implementation of cultural lifestyle and legal discipline has many positive changes. Through the implementation of Project No. 216/DA-UBND dated July 31, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee, in 2024, the whole province will have over 443 thousand households achieving the title of "Cultural Family", reaching a rate of 94.1%, an increase of 1.7% compared to 2023; over 1,400 villages and residential groups are recognized as bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe cultural villages and residential groups, reaching a rate of 66.8%, an increase of 12.8% compared to 2023; 67/80 provincial-level agencies are recognized as agencies meeting cultural standards; 29/34 wards and towns are recognized as meeting civilized urban standards; 206/209 communes, wards and towns are recognized as meeting the standards of "Security and order safety"; 490/528 boarding houses achieved the title of "Safe and civilized workers' boarding house"...

During the year, the implementation of pilot models on building cultural life, cultural institutions, and implementing civilized lifestyles through models of building bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe cultural villages and residential groups; cultural, artistic and sports villages; civilized and economical wedding and funeral models; models of clubs for preventing and combating domestic violence... has deepened the contents of the movement for physical training and building cultural life and family work in the province.

In their presentations at the conference, the sectors and localities pointed out a number of limitations and shortcomings in the implementation of the movement. At the same time, they agreed on the goals, tasks and solutions for implementing the movement to build a civilized and civilized society and family work in 2025. In particular, by 2025, the province strives to have 89.3% of households recognized as "Cultural Families"; 82.9% of villages and residential groups recognized as "Cultural Villages, Hamlets and Residential Groups"; 10 communes, wards and towns recognized as "Typical Communes, Wards and Towns"; 79% of agencies, units and enterprises recognized as meeting cultural standards; 30 wards and towns in districts, towns and cities recognized as meeting civilized urban standards.

Continue to focus on synchronously developing the movement in both quantity and quality, completing socio-economic development goals, contributing to the successful implementation of the targets set by the 19th Provincial Party Congress (2020 - 2025), towards welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels in 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son emphasized that in recent times, the movement of physical training and sports to build a healthy and happy family and family work have been carried out practically and effectively, contributing to improving the quality of the movement and family work, promoting the socio-economic development of the province.

Based on the analysis of the existing problems and difficulties in 2024, to highlight the movement activities and family work in 2025, the Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee Mai Son requested Party committees and authorities at all levels to direct the promotion of the contents of the movement and family work, especially completing the programs and plans of Project No. 216 of the Provincial People's Committee on improving the quality of the movement for physical training and family development in the period of 2021-2025.

Improve the effectiveness of the Steering Committees at all levels in a practical manner, closely following the grassroots reality, with a focus and key points; effectively implement the coordination regulations between member sectors, promote the proactive and creative role of the Steering Committee members. Strictly implement the regulations on evaluation and awarding of the titles of "Cultural Family", "Cultural Village, Residential Group", "Typical Commune, Ward, Town" according to regulations.

Each sector, member, and Steering Committee at all levels must register to implement at least one content in the movement or family work as a "bright spot" or "highlight" in the movement and family work. For the state agency sector, choose the highlight with the theme "Office Culture"; in the residential community, choose the annual theme "Family Culture"...

At the same time, promote propaganda, dissemination and replication of typical, advanced models in implementing movements and family work; promptly commend outstanding individuals and collectives in movements at all levels.
