According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, to serve the needs of tourists during the April 30 and May 1 holidays, the Tien Giang province tourism industry has prepared many programs, activities and attractive tourism products for domestic and international tourists to explore, experience and relax.
Accordingly, many tourism businesses have also developed stimulus programs and plans to welcome tourists to Tien Giang during the holidays.
In addition, many localities in the province also organize various cultural, artistic, sports and tourism activities, such as: Artistic kite flying, beautiful photo exhibition of Tien Giang tourism, "My Tho Colors" Festival, event to welcome the national cycling team competing in the 36th Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup, music performances.

Direct revenue from tourism activities reached 50.7 billion VND, up 4.3% over the same period. Of the total number of tourists to Tien Giang, there were 65,915 visitors and 28,535 overnight guests. The average room occupancy rate of tourist accommodation establishments in the province reached 65% - 70%.
