In carrying out its functions and tasks since the beginning of the term, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has closely followed the practical situation of the locality and actively organized the activities and major movements of the Youth Union in a very practical and effective manner. The Provincial Youth Union has also promptly issued programs and plans to implement the directives, resolutions and conclusions of the Party and the Provincial Party Committee; the working methods have been innovated, especially the specific and detailed implementation of each task related to the Youth Union's activities.

During the implementation process, more and more new and creative work has emerged, promoting the vanguard role of union members and young people to participate comprehensively in the fields of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, administrative reform, digital transformation, Party building and the political system, etc., contributing to the development of the locality and creating many values that spread to social life, which have been recognized and highly appreciated by cadres, party members and people. In addition, the work of building the Youth Union organization and the Youth Union participating in Party building has been given attention. From 2021 to present, on average, the whole province has admitted over 7,400 new union members each year; the Youth Union chapters at all levels have also introduced 3,773 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration and admission, and the rate of outstanding union members admitted accounts for more than 70% of the total number of newly admitted party members in the entire provincial Party Committee.

After listening to the delegates' comments and discussions to clarify the achievements and issues raised for the Youth Union's activities in the current period, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union needs to be more proactive, innovative, creative, determined and make more efforts to focus on leadership and direction to effectively overcome limitations, difficulties and challenges and synchronously and resolutely implement tasks and solutions, striving to excellently complete assigned tasks. In particular, it is important to continue to innovate leadership methods, focusing on ways to effectively and efficiently organize and implement the functions and tasks of the Youth Union. Focus on improving the quality of the Youth Union's educational work; develop action programs suitable to the functions, tasks and practical situations to increase the effectiveness of solidarity and gathering of young people.

Continue to promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the Youth Union-Association-Young Pioneers organization; implement solutions to improve the quality of Youth Union and youth activities in residential areas. Pay more attention to the work of grasping the situation of youth and members; strengthen the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fight against wrong and hostile views in the new situation according to Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the Politburo; at the same time, better implement the training, fostering and introducing excellent Youth Union members for the Party to consider admitting, paying attention to the source of students. Implement the function of social supervision and criticism, especially for contents related to Youth Union members and youth; proactively propose and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on contents that need supervision and criticism. Regarding the preparation work for the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ninh Thuan province for the 2024-2029 term, he directed to continue reviewing, researching, and absorbing comments from relevant agencies and units to supplement and complete the draft documents submitted to the Congress, especially the comments from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union; carefully prepare conditions to conduct the Congress according to the set plan.
