The Council members evaluated and gave many opinions on the color, size, and proportion of specific details in the design process of the shrimp logo sketch, the calculation of the load-bearing structure, and the assessment of the perspective and impact of the logo in the surrounding architectural space.

Based on these opinions, the sketch of the 1/10 scale Ca Mau shrimp symbol project will be edited and supplemented to serve as a basis for implementing the Ca Mau shrimp symbol project under the Phan Ngoc Hien Square Construction Investment Project in Ward 1, Ca Mau City.
According to the assessment, the Ca Mau shrimp symbol project by author To Minh Tan is an important item in the Phan Ngoc Hien Square Construction Investment Project.
The shrimp symbol is expected to be made of reinforced concrete, ceramic cladding, and built right at the location of the existing Ca Mau shrimp symbol - a project that was built to serve the Ca Mau Shrimp Festival in 2023.
It is known that the Phan Ngoc Hien Square construction investment project has a total investment of more than 236 billion VND. The construction cost of the Ca Mau shrimp symbol project alone is about 22 billion VND.
The old Ca Mau shrimp symbol was built at the end of 2023, the 2D structure is mainly made of steel and plastic, with an investment of 2.8 billion VND.
The Arts Council believes that the image of the shrimp is closely associated with the economic and cultural life of Ca Mau people for many generations, becoming a cultural symbol of the land and people of Ca Mau.
This time, the Ca Mau shrimp symbol was designed with the message of honoring shrimp farming in Ca Mau province, a long-standing traditional profession associated with the process of exploration, settlement, and stabilization of villages of Ca Mau residents since the time of land reclamation.
The dried shrimp making profession in Ca Mau was also included in the list of national intangible cultural heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on November 10, 2023.
