Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed a Decision to dissolve the Steering Committee of the Project "Developing a Digital Vietnamese Knowledge System", assigning the deployment and implementation to the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The decision clearly states that the Steering Committee of the Project "Developing a Digital Vietnamese Knowledge System" was dissolved, established under Decision No. 494/QD-TTg dated May 8, 2018 of the Prime Minister.
In this decision, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Science and Technology to preside over and implement the Project to ensure the objectives, tasks and solutions in Decision No. 677/QD-TTg dated May 18, 2017 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Developing a Digital Vietnamese Knowledge System".
Previously, on May 18, 2017, the Prime Minister approved the Project "Developing a Digital Vietnamese Knowledge System".
The project aims to build a digital Vietnamese knowledge system through synthesizing, systematizing, localizing, digitizing, storing and disseminating knowledge in all fields, first of all supporting education and training, innovation and fields directly related to people's lives such as law, health, production techniques...
In addition, the project aims to create a favorable environment, attracting all people and businesses to participate, with the role of both exploiting and contributing to enriching Vietnam's digital knowledge resources.
Through the project, the Government hopes to arouse and spread the passion for science and technology, the desire for creativity and dedication of everyone, every business, especially the young generation, intellectuals and IT businesses in creating, enriching and disseminating knowledge.
