Delicious grilled meat rolls

When it comes to Quang Ngai cuisine, in addition to don, Tra river goby... grilled meat rolls are also one of the dishes loved by many tourists.

Ram dish includes shrimp, chopped green onions. Use thin rice paper to roll shrimp and green onions, thread them on bamboo clips and grill. The griller must be quick to turn the ram, otherwise it will easily burn because the rice paper is very thin. Grilled grilled pork rolls, beef, and grilled beef with betel leaves are delicious because they are grilled over hot coals, making this dish more attractive.

My friend was impressed with this dish from the ingredients, the way it was rolled, the meat to the dipping sauce. I asked him, do you know what makes grilled pork spring rolls so delicious? “Perhaps it is the dipping sauce,” my friend said. “The dipping sauce is made from tomatoes and lean pork, seasoned with a little spice to taste. When eating, sprinkle some crushed peanuts on top to add more aroma,” said Mr. Phan.
