AI Agents virtual assistant was developed by FPT Smart Cloud (a member of FPT Corporation) for professional event systems, integrating advanced AI technologies. The developer described that the tool is not simply a chatbot with a fixed script, but integrates generative AI, large language models (LLM), capable of creating natural conversations, grasping situations and responding flexibly like humans.
In addition, AI Agents are also equipped with computer vision technology to recognize QR codes, supporting image-related processes. At the same time, this virtual assistant has sentiment analysis technology, helping AI recognize the user's mood to give appropriate responses.
"Even when sensing discomfort from the user, the system will automatically forward it to the consultant to ensure the conversation remains effective," said a representative of FPT Smart Cloud, adding that in the future, this tool can become an "AI colleague" that can interact between businesses and customers.

Citing the integration of the AI Agents tool into the VnExpress Marathon system, FPT Smart Cloud said that the system can handle hundreds of queries at the same time, helping to quickly look up information such as: registration status, QR code or support answering questions about choosing distance, payment, receiving notifications, race completion certificates... Thanks to this new AI chatbot, Customer Care work has significantly reduced time compared to before application and brought new, friendly experiences to users.

Maintaining personalization and consistent experiences for thousands, even millions of people at large-scale events is the problem that FPT Smart Cloud posed when developing FPT AI Agents. This artificial intelligence assistant is designed to optimize the operating process, from preparation to post-production, while improving management efficiency and service quality in a comprehensive way.
