According to the Ninh Binh Hydrometeorological Station, from 1pm on September 6 to 1pm on September 7, there were showers and thunderstorms in the province, with localized heavy rain, commonly from 30 - 50mm. The impact of the rain and gusts of wind caused some large trees to fall, obstructing traffic and interrupting some telecommunication lines in Ninh Binh city. On the afternoon of September 7, the city's functional forces quickly deployed remedial measures.

Phuc Thanh ward authorities cleaned the streets to facilitate safe traffic.

In heavy rain, functional forces (police, militia, neighborhood groups) of Phuc Thanh ward urgently sawed, cut, and cleared a large tamarind tree that had fallen across the road (in front of house number 103, Luong Van Tuy street).

Despite the heavy rain, members of the garbage collection team quickly cleaned up broken tree branches scattered on the road.

VNPT Ninh Binh Branch staff quickly connected the broken telecommunication line at No. 56, Luong Van Tuy Street.

According to the assessment of the Ninh Binh Hydrometeorological Station, after the impact of the circulation of storm No. 3, from this evening (September 7) to the morning of September 9, Ninh Binh province will have heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms (concentrated from the evening of September 7 to the morning of September 8), with the possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. Rainfall in districts and cities is generally from 100-200mm, in some places greater than 250mm.
