In recent times, the movement "Youth live beautifully, live usefully" has been effectively implemented by the Provincial Youth Union, creating strong changes in the awareness and actions of Youth Union members.

Born in 1989, 12 years of Party membership, more than 9 years of serving as a Youth Union leader, comrade Le Hung Anh - Secretary of the Youth Union of Ca Dinh commune, Doan Hung district, has always upheld the spirit of responsibility and devoted himself to the work of the Youth Union and the youth and children's movement of the locality.

He and the Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union have proactively followed the grassroots, innovated the content and methods of Youth Union activities; at the same time, created all conditions and encouraged young people to study and work in production. In recent times, many projects and tasks have been effectively implemented by the Ca Dinh Commune Youth Union, most notably the campaigns and volunteer activities in "Youth Month", "Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign", regularly implementing environmental protection activities, planting hundreds of trees each year...

With his outstanding achievements in the Youth Union and youth movement, Comrade Hung Anh was honored to be one of the 100 most outstanding Youth Union officials nationwide to receive the Ly Tu Trong Award in 2024. "Receiving the Ly Tu Trong Award is a great honor and a great motivation for me to continue to strive, work hard, and contribute my youth to building and developing my homeland," Comrade Le Hung Anh shared.

Being one of 43 outstanding "young farmers" to receive the 18th Luong Dinh Cua Award in 2023 of the Central Youth Union, for Mr. Hoang Trung Thang (born in 1994) - Director of Thanh Lam Phu Tho Agricultural and Food Cooperative in Yen Tap commune, Cam Khe district, is a great honor, pride, and a worthy reward for his tireless efforts to realize his dream of getting rich on his homeland. The cooperative was established in 2020 with 14 members, the main business lines are the production of herbal tea, bottled water and livestock. The cooperative currently achieves a revenue of over 1 billion VND/year, creating jobs for many local workers with a salary of 6 - 8 million VND/person/month.

Identifying the campaign “Youth live beautifully, live usefully” as one of the important activities of the Vietnam Youth Union, the Youth Unions and Associations at all levels in the province always closely follow the political tasks of the locality and unit, deploying many practical activities, suitable to the aspirations of the youth. From there, helping the youth build an ideal lifestyle, responsible for themselves, their families and society.

During the 2019-2024 term, the Youth Union and Association chapters at all levels in the province presented 7,800 sets of warm clothes, 1,300 warm blankets; 3,250 notebooks; 550 pairs of shoes and sandals; and presented 2,508 gifts with a total value of VND 981 million to students in difficult circumstances, poor households, and policy families. The Youth Union and Association chapters at all levels in 13/13 districts, towns, and cities launched the "Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign".

The province has implemented 67 provincial-level youth projects, 494 district-level youth projects, and 5,355 grassroots-level youth projects and tasks. Supported the construction of 8 "Charity Houses", 7 "Red Scarf Houses", 3 "Gratitude Houses"; 10 "Toilets for Children" projects; repaired and built more than 150 km of rural roads...

Along with that, propaganda, moral education, and cultural lifestyle for young people have been promoted, aiming to build a new generation of young people with revolutionary ideals, steadfastness, ambition and aspiration to rise up, live beautifully, live usefully, live responsibly for themselves, their families and society. In the past term, the Youth Union and Association at all levels propagated and shared nearly 200,000 good news and beautiful stories on the Youth Union and Association's website and fanpage; Organized over 30 forums and discussions with the topics "Youth with the law", "Law with youth life" attracting over 15,000 young people to participate. Organized 102 propaganda activities on "Youth with traffic culture", "Dangers of alcohol, beer and traffic accidents", "Youth with drugs"... attracting over 40,000 young people to participate. Maintained 85 models of "Traffic safety school gates"; Every year, 100% of young union members sign a commitment not to violate the law, not to set off fireworks, not to drink alcohol or beer while participating in traffic, not to violate traffic safety laws and to implement 27 traffic culture criteria...
