The gross regional domestic product (GRDP) in the first quarter of 2025 is estimated to increase by 4.02% over the same period last year. The service sector grew the most at 11.03%, followed by product taxes minus product subsidies at 4.31%, and the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector at 3.7%...
In the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector, the added value of the agricultural sector increased by 3.43%, contributing 0.3 percentage points; the forestry sector increased by 6.09% and the fishery sector increased by 6.17%, but due to the small structure, they only contributed 0.04 percentage points and 0.02 percentage points respectively to the total GRDP growth.

In the industrial and construction sector, the added value of the construction sector increased by 6.86%, contributing 0.44 percentage points; the added value of the industrial sector decreased by 0.5%, reducing the GRDP growth rate by 0.25 percentage points. The service sector achieved a fairly high growth rate, supporting the province's economic growth in the first quarter of 2025 (contributing 3.43 percentage points to GRDP growth, the largest contribution among the three sectors). The contribution of some service sectors with a large proportion to the total added value growth is: wholesale, retail, repair of motorbikes, motorbikes and motor vehicles increased by 10.5%; transportation and warehousing increased by 17.65%; accommodation and catering services increased by 18.81%; financial, banking and insurance activities increased by 9.31%.
