The Thaco - Thai Binh Industrial Park Project is invested by Thaco - Thai Binh Agricultural Industrial Park Investment Company Limited. The project covers an area of ​​over 194 hectares in the communes of An Thai, An Ninh and An Cau (Quynh Phu). According to the report of the People's Committee of Quynh Phu district and the project investor, up to now, the district has focused on site clearance, paid compensation and support, and completed the site clearance of nearly 192 hectares of agricultural land, reclaimed land from 1,067 households to hand over to the investor for project implementation. Quynh Phu district is focusing on site clearance of the land area of ​​94 households in Luong Cau village, An Cau commune; at the same time, coordinating with Thai Binh Electricity to develop a plan to move the 220kV high-voltage power line.
