According to the locals, since ancient times, Ngoi Hoa has been called “bầu dài”, meaning a flat place located on the rugged, winding terrain of the mountains and forests, creating a unique “mountain-facing, water-facing” terrain. In front, you can see the vast lake with its waves, behind are the mountains of rocks amidst the deep canopy of primeval forests… Not only does it have a fascinating landscape, Ngoi Hoa is also blessed by nature with a cool, fresh atmosphere that is absolutely perfect.

The residents of Ngoi Hoa hamlet are Muong people. For generations, the cultural identity and traditional customs have been preserved intact. Since 2016, Ngoi Hoa village has been recognized by the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province as a "Muong ethnic community cultural tourism destination", making the village's appeal increasingly widespread.
