Vung Tau - Con Dao Tax Branch (Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Tax Department) has just sent a notice to the Immigration Department - Ministry of Public Security about temporarily suspending exit for 9 directors of enterprises operating in Vung Tau City.

Accordingly, those temporarily suspended from leaving the country include: Le Thi N. (Director of Hai Nam Hotel and Restaurant Tourism Company Limited); Pham The R. (Director of Tung Bach Bird's Nest Company Limited); Nguyen Van B. (Director of Cool Global Industrial Refrigeration Production, Trade and Service Company Limited); Dang Van D. (Director of DTAP Investment and Technical Services Company Limited); Pham Van B. (Director of Phuong Nam Fire Prevention and Fighting Service and Trade Company Limited); Nguyen Ke T. (Director of Manh Phat Construction Mechanical Production and Service Company Limited); Tran Ngoc L. (Director of Ngoc Linh Construction Design Investment Company Limited); Nguyen Huy N. (Director of Minh Toan Loc Trading and Service Company Limited) and Le Van Truong T. (Director of Duy Minh Toan Thang Trading and Service Company Limited).

Recently, the Phu My Town Tax Department also announced a temporary suspension of exit from the country for Mr. Nguyen Thanh P. (Director of Viet Tam Medic General Clinic Company Limited).

The reasons for temporary suspension of exit for the above people are mainly due to not having fulfilled tax obligations and no longer operating at the registered address.

Therefore, the Tax Departments of the above units send a notice of temporary suspension of exit for these enterprise directors to the Immigration Department from September 10 to 12, 2024 until they complete their tax payment obligations to the State budget.

The Vung Tau - Con Dao Tax Department has just sent a notice to the Immigration Department to temporarily suspend the exit of many business owners in Vung Tau City, due to tax debts of tens of billions of VND and non-operation at the registered address.
