Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training announced the benchmark scores for specialized and integrated 10th graders.

Accordingly, the benchmark scores for specialized and integrated grade 10 are as follows:

Candidates admitted to specialized high schools, high schools that organize integrated English programs and direct admission must submit their admission applications to the schools they have been admitted to from June 23 to before 4:00 p.m. on June 29.

After the above time, if candidates do not submit their admission application, the school will remove their names from the admission list. Only candidates who are admitted after the review results are required to submit their admission application to the school, specialized and integrated classes on July 5.

On July 10, the Department of Education and Training announced the admission scores and the list of candidates admitted to regular grade 10 of public schools. Candidates admitted to the high school from July 11 to August 1 will submit their admission applications. After 4 p.m. on August 1, if candidates do not submit their admission applications, the school will remove their names from the list of admitted candidates.

Mr. Vo Thien Cang, Head of the Examination Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, said that regarding the admission principles for specialized schools and classes, the department only considers candidates who have taken all required exams, have not violated the regulations in the entrance exam, and all exams have a score greater than 2.

Based on the regulations on admission scores for specialized and non-specialized classes, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training considers from high to low to recruit enough assigned quotas.

In addition to announcing the 10th grade enrollment quota for the 2023-2024 school year, the Department of Education and Training also noted that if students are not admitted or do not apply to specialized schools or classes, they can still participate in the admission exam for other 10th grade high schools according to the 3 wishes they registered for the entrance exam.
