SHB expects that the expansion of business lounge privileges at Tan Son Nhat Airport, Ho Chi Minh City will contribute to enhancing customer experience in the new year 2024.
Accordingly, in addition to the unlimited usage promotion at the gold-plated SHB First Club lounge at Noi Bai airport, customers who are new SHB VISA Platinum/SHB VISA Platinum Star primary cardholders and have a total spending of VND 3 million within the first 45 days from the date of issuance will be given 2 free visits to Tan Son Nhat airport lounge - Le Saigonnai.
Existing cardholders will also receive 1 free visit to Le Saigonnai lounge from SHB if their total card spending transaction turnover reaches 150 million VND/quarter, maximum 4 visits/year.
Cardholders will receive notifications from SHB about lounge privileges via email or push app on SHB mobile banking. After that, customers only need to access mobile banking and issue an E-Voucher for the lounge with a validity period of 3 months at SHB Rewards. Just bring the E-voucher and airline ticket, customers can use all the services and high-class utilities at Le Saigonnai for free. In particular, cardholders can flexibly give E-vouchers to relatives, friends... The number of vouchers will be reduced accordingly according to the number of accompanying people.
