On the occasion of the official visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on July 13, 2024 in the capital city of Phnom Penh, Saigon Tourist Group (Saigontourist Group) in coordination with Vietnam Airlines Corporation (Vietnam Airlines) co-organized the Vietnam - Cambodia tourism promotion program "Two countries - One destination" and the ceremony to announce the opening of the Hanoi - Phnom Penh flight route.
The signing ceremony between Saigontourist Group, Vietnam Airlines, Cambodia Tourism Association and Cambodia Angkor Air was witnessed by President To Lam and leaders of the two countries. Mr. Truong Duc Hung, General Director of Saigontourist Group, signed on behalf of the delegation.

The signing ceremony marked a strong commitment between senior leaders and tourism businesses of Vietnam and Cambodia in their efforts to promote the exploitation of various types of tourism services, increase the attraction of two-way tourists, and elevate the tourism cooperation relationship between the two close neighboring countries to a new level. The signing ceremony was honored to welcome the presence of President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation accompanying the President, the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia, the Cambodia Tourism Association, the National Airlines of Cambodia (Cambodia Angkor Air), leaders of Vietnam Airlines and Saigontourist Group, along with the participation of the aviation and tourism business community of Cambodia and media agencies of the two countries and internationally.
