On October 9, speaking with Dan Viet reporter, Ms. Pham Thi Kien, Principal of Nghia Loc Kindergarten, Nghia Dan district, Nghe An province, said that after meeting with relevant units, the school withdrew the temporary suspension of teacher D.TS to clarify further.
Previously, the leaders of the People's Committee of Nghia Dan district, Nghe An province, requested Nghia Loc Kindergarten to temporarily suspend teacher D.TS from work from October 8 because many preschool children were beaten and bruised. Ms. D.TS was a teacher assigned to look after the 5-year-old children in class A2 at the time of the incident.

“Currently, Ms. S is feeling tired, so the school has arranged other work and will not let her teach. The health of the students has stabilized. The two cases being treated at the hospital are expected to be discharged this afternoon. Everything has stabilized,” said the principal of Nghia Loc Kindergarten.
“Regarding the child who was reported to have beaten his friends, on the morning of October 9, the parents also asked for permission to take the child to the doctor. The school coordinated with the family to take the child to the doctor to see if there were any unusual signs,” Ms. Kien added.

In addition to visiting the students who were beaten in the incident, Nghia Loc Kindergarten also cared for and encouraged the child who beat his friend to stabilize his psychology.
After receiving information about the above incident, the Nghe An Department of Education and Training issued a document to clarify the matter. The Nghe An Department of Education and Training requested the Nghia Dan District Department of Education and Training to direct Nghia Loc Kindergarten to regularly monitor the health status and visit and encourage the beaten children so that they can return to school as soon as possible.
At the same time, the school coordinates with local authorities to do a good job of ideological work with parents; organize reviews, clarify responsibilities, and handle violations of groups and individuals to ensure compliance with regulations (if any).
Nghe An Department of Education and Training requested the Department of Education and Training of Nghia Dan district to strengthen inspection of compliance with professional regulations on child care, nurturing and education activities at preschools in the area.
