On September 13, according to the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, Mr. Tran Nam Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested relevant agencies, including the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Construction, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and the People's Committee of Dien Ban town, to review and report on issues related to the Urban Area Project No. 11 in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area.
Under Mr. Hung's direction, the Department of Planning and Investment will be the presiding agency, coordinating with relevant departments and the People's Committee of Dien Ban town, and related units to comprehensively review the project.
Specifically, it is necessary to clarify the project implementation status, identify the current investor, and resolve legal issues and difficulties and obstacles during the implementation process.

Transactions related to the project will also be reviewed, including transactions and agreements between Chi Thanh Company Limited and Dana Homeland Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company, as well as between Dana Homeland Company and households.
The summary report and proposed solutions to the issues will be submitted to the Provincial People's Committee before September 24, 2024 for consideration and direction.
Find the best solution to ensure people's rights
Regarding this project, at the regular citizen reception in August 2024, Quang Nam Provincial Party Secretary, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, directly directed the settlement of people's petitions related to the delay in issuing red books at Urban Area Project No. 11.
Dana Home Land Company violated its commitment by failing to complete the procedures for issuing red books within 13 months from the date of signing the contract in March 2019.
Up to now, even after more than 5 years, the issuance of red books has not been implemented, seriously affecting the rights of the people.
Representatives of customers said that the cause of this situation was due to legal problems and ineffective coordination between Dana Home Land Company and Chi Thanh Company.
At the meeting with the people, the Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee affirmed that the province will resolutely intervene to resolve the incident.
Mr. Triet emphasized that this is a complex issue that requires close coordination between authorities.
The province will strive to find the best solution to ensure the legitimate rights of the people, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Mr. Triet requested the Provincial People's Committee to conduct a thorough review and clarify the responsibilities of each unit and individual involved in the process of resolving the incident.
Besides, he also suggested to soon have specific conclusions and handle violations to end the prolonged situation of complaints, thereby ensuring security, order and investment environment of the province.
