Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Quoc Minh, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association, said that the main idea of the book is the article by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong: Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam ; the work of fighting against corruption and negativity; feelings towards the General Secretary, a determined cadre in leadership and direction but very humane, compassionate, simple, close to everyday life.
Mr. Minh affirmed that the book is a valuable document, contributing to spreading the trust of cadres, party members and people in the Party and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, a leader with heart and strategic thinking of the Party and people; resolutely eliminating all bad habits but humane, tolerant, simple and close to everyday life in the respect of the people and international friends.
Introducing the book, Deputy Director, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House, Truth Pham Thi Thinh, said that the book includes 181 articles, poems, letters, and telegrams distilled from thousands of articles on newspapers and social networks, structured into 3 parts.
Part 1: Firmly believing in the leadership and direction of the General Secretary, a collection of 54 short articles expressing special, sincere and precious feelings for the General Secretary.
In particular, the focus is on expressing the authors' feelings and thoughts with 2 works: Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam and Resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong by the General Secretary.
Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia and Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper Le Quoc Minh presented books to representatives of a number of agencies, localities, units, schools, and libraries.
Part 2: The feelings of the people in the country for the General Secretary, including 101 articles and poems expressing common thoughts about the General Secretary.
