The National Assembly begins the 2nd session of the 7th session, deciding on a series of important contents.

The National Assembly will consider and pass 10 draft laws, including: Law on Social Insurance (amended); Law on Archives (amended); Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Roads; Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; Law on the Capital (amended); Law on Organization of People's Courts (amended); Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Property Auction; Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Guards (according to the procedure at one session); Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools (amended).

7th Session, 15th National Assembly

In addition, the National Assembly will also adjust the program and supplement the content for consideration and approval of the Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of 4 laws, including: Land Law, Housing Law, Real Estate Business Law, and Credit Institutions Law. This is the new content proposed by the Government and commented by the National Assembly Standing Committee at the 34th Session, and agreed to submit it to the National Assembly at the 7th Session.

A series of other draft laws also continued to be discussed by National Assembly deputies in groups and in the hall, such as: Law on Notarization (amended); Law on Value Added Tax (amended); Law on Trade Unions (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Pharmacy; Law on Cultural Heritage (amended); Law on Geology and Minerals; Law on Urban and Rural Planning; Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue; Draft Law on People's Air Defense; Law on Juvenile Justice.

The National Assembly will also consider and approve 3 draft resolutions, including: Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province; Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 119/2020/QH14 of the National Assembly on piloting the organization of an urban government model and a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city; Resolution of the National Assembly on the 2025 Law and Ordinance Development Program, adjusting the 2024 Law and Ordinance Development Program.

In addition, many other draft resolutions were also considered and approved, such as: Resolution on the establishment of the National Assembly's Thematic Supervision Delegation in 2025; approval of the 2022 state budget settlement; Resolution on the National Marine Spatial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 (if eligible); investment policy for the North-South Expressway Construction Investment Project in the West, Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc) section...

There are also Resolutions on the results of thematic supervision of "the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program and resolutions of the National Assembly on a number of important national projects until the end of 2023"; Resolution on questions and answers as well as Resolution of the 7th Session, 15th National Assembly.
