Quang Nam completes construction of shared provincial electronic archive

Build an electronic data management warehouse on the Administrative Procedures Handling Information System and connect and share data with the National Public Service Portal to meet data reuse requirements according to regulations.

Quang Nam province has deployed 29 connection and data sharing services via LGSP to connect Central database systems and provincial databases (Qoffice, Electronic One-Stop Information System, database of cadres and civil servants, Provincial IOC System, SMART, Quang Nam egov).

Regarding the content of merging the Public Service Portal with the Provincial Electronic One-Stop Information System into the province's only centralized administrative procedure settlement information system, Quang Nam has so far completed the implementation.

The provincial administrative procedure settlement information system has completed the personal and organizational data warehouse connected to the National Public Service Portal's data warehouse; configured processes, updated procedural information, eForm forms and profile components for more than 130 frequently used administrative procedures to be implemented at the department, district and commune levels.

The reception and settlement of administrative procedures in the province's electronic environment are basically carried out legally and scientifically; ensuring equality, objectivity, publicity, transparency and information security.

The Provincial People's Committee continues to direct the organization and implementation of the digitization of paper documents and results of handling administrative procedures from paper documents to electronic documents under the authority of agencies, units and localities in receiving input documents to ensure progress according to Decision No. 468, dated March 27, 2021 of the Prime Minister, Decree No. 107, dated December 6, 2021 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 61, dated April 23, 2018 of the Government on implementing the one-stop, one-stop mechanism in handling administrative procedures...
