With great potential in agriculture, Phu Tho is becoming an attractive destination for investors. Up to now, there have been 150 investment projects in the fields of agriculture and agricultural product processing licensed.

Of these, there are 6 FDI projects with registered capital of 56 million USD; 144 DDI projects with registered capital of 8,607.6 billion VND, land use area of ​​over 4,498 hectares. These projects focus on many different fields, from wood processing, vegetables and fruits to livestock and cultivation, promising to create a new wave for the socio-economic development of the locality.

Attracting 150 investment projects in agriculture (accounting for 10.7% of the total number of private investment projects approved in principle and granted investment registration certificates in the province) not only helps economic growth but also creates many jobs and improves people's lives. In particular, these projects also contribute to environmental protection and sustainable rural development.

By the end of August 2024, the projects had paid VND 122.4 billion to the budget, creating jobs for nearly 4,400 workers; contributing to the formation of concentrated production areas (tea processing, wood processing) in some districts such as Ha Hoa, Doan Hung, Thanh Ba, Thanh Son, creating favorable conditions for production - processing linkage.
