On the morning of January 21, at the Office of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting and received a delegation of the Executive Committee of the Buddhist Sangha and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee of Bac Giang province to extend New Year greetings on the occasion of the Spring of At Ty 2025.

On the occasion of the traditional New Year, Most Venerable Thich Thien Van - Head of the Executive Committee of the Buddhist Sangha of Bac Giang province and Priest Nguyen Minh Tan - Bac Giang Deanery representative of the Venerables, monks, nuns, Buddhists, dignitaries, officials and parishioners in the province sent wishes of good health and a peaceful new year, with many good things to the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

At the same time, he hoped that the provincial leaders would continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, excellently fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party and State, and build Bac Giang homeland to become increasingly prosperous.

Accordingly, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, the Party Committees, authorities at all levels and the people of all ethnic groups in Bac Giang province have united, joined hands, inherited and promoted the results achieved since the beginning of the term; determined to deploy, implement and achieve outstanding and comprehensive results in all fields. Many targets exceeded the plan. For example, the province's economic growth rate led the country; the economic structure shifted in a positive direction, in which industry is still the main driving force in the total economic scale; the investment and business environment has been improved.

The cultural and social fields continued to develop, especially education with a "golden season" of medals in international, regional and national competitions for excellent students. Social security was given attention, achieving clear results, and people's lives were increasingly improved. Notable results included the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses, and support for people with meritorious services to renovate their houses, with nearly 1,400 houses completed, achieving 100% of the set plan.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Huong affirmed that these results have important contributions from the Executive Committee of the Buddhist Sangha and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee in mobilizing and propagating the Venerables, monks, nuns, Buddhists, dignitaries, officials, and Catholics in the province to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws; and at the same time actively participate in movements launched by the locality.

In the coming time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that the Venerables, monks, nuns, Buddhists, dignitaries, officials, and Catholics in the province will continue to accompany the Party Committees and authorities at all levels in socio-economic development, building and consolidating the great national unity bloc; making practical contributions to activities to care for people's lives, gradually ensuring social security./.
