On the afternoon of May 28, the Provincial Civil Servants' Union coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Information and Communications to launch an online contest "Learning about digital transformation and administrative reform" among cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers and to promote digital transformation in Ninh Binh province in 2024.
Attending the event were leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises, the Department of Home Affairs, and the Department of Information and Communications.
The contest focuses on some contents stipulated in the documents of the Party and State on the meaning and importance of building e-government, digital transformation, towards digital government, digital economy, digital society and administrative reform. The contestants are cadres, union members, civil servants and employees in grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union. The test format is multiple choice and weekly, each week has 10 official questions and 1 additional question.
The online contest "Learning about digital transformation and administrative reform" is held at the website http://chuyendoiso.ninhbinh.gov.vn/ or on the website of the Provincial Federation of Labor, address: http://congdoanninhbinh.org.vn/. The contest will last for 3 weeks, starting from June 17, 2024 and ending on July 7, 2024.
Through the contest, we aim to widely, promptly and fully disseminate the nature, content, importance, benefits and great and practical values that digital transformation brings to management, operation, socio-economic development and especially to improve people's material and spiritual life; at the same time, raise awareness, responsibility and action of each cadre, civil servant and employee in digital transformation and administrative reform at agencies and units; thereby actively responding and participating in order to successfully implement the Resolution of Trade Unions at all levels for the 2023-2028 term, practically responding to Workers' Month in 2024 and celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the 78th anniversary of the founding of the Ninh Binh Trade Union.
At the conference, leaders of the Department of Information and Communications, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises, the Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial Civil Servants' Union, and the Department of Home Affairs pressed the button to launch the contest.
On this occasion, delegates listened to the leaders of the Department of Information and Communications deliver a presentation on the topic "Some basic issues on digital transformation and union members participating in digital transformation".
