From the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, after the Resolution on implementing the province's Digital Transformation was issued by the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial People's Committee established the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation and issued many Decisions, Plans, and directive documents as a basis for implementing tasks and solutions to comprehensively implement the province's digital transformation on 3 pillars: Digital Government, Digital Economy, Digital Society.
In the first year of implementation, the province's digital transformation ranking increased by 10 places. In 2021, it ranked 58th, in 2022, it ranked 48th, and in 2023, it ranked 38th.
Up to now, our province has had relatively complete infrastructure to serve the construction of Digital Government, development of digital economy and digital society. The province has shared digital platforms such as: Tuyen Quang province's online video conferencing system ensures smooth connection, regularly organizes online meetings connecting 4 levels from central to commune level; Tuyen Quang province's intelligent monitoring and operation center (IOC) has been deployed and put into use to serve the management and operation of leaders at all levels; The provincial data integration and sharing platform (LGSP) has been upgraded, ensuring conditions for data connection.

Tuyen Quang Provincial Electronic Information Portal has been upgraded and integrated with 167 electronic information pages of agencies and units in the province, meeting technical requirements according to regulations; Tuyen Quang Provincial Document Management and Operation Software System has been deployed synchronously, ensuring the rate of electronic documents exchanged between state administrative agencies reaches 100%; The administrative procedure settlement information system with full functions as required serves the government and people in submitting documents and settling administrative procedures conveniently, quickly, transparently,...

The infrastructure serving Digital Transformation has been widely developed and modernized. Up to now, nearly 100% of villages and residential groups in the province have 3G/4G mobile information waves and fiber optic broadband Internet (some areas have deployed 5G broadcasting). The province currently has more than 20 postal and delivery enterprises operating in many different models, ensuring that 100% of communes have postal service points, meeting the capacity to provide services of receiving documents and returning results of administrative procedures via the Post Office.
There are currently 19 4.0 market models in districts and cities in the province; most of the stores are provided with free QR codes for convenient payment, helping people experience and access modern cashless payment methods, stimulating shopping activities, contributing to the development of digital society and digital economy according to the goals of the digital transformation program in the area.
Bringing digital technology to the community
In order to spread and bring digital technology to the community, contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution No. 48-NQ/TU, the province has promoted propaganda work; actively brought digital platforms, digital technology, digital skills to people through community digital technology groups...

In order to support the deployment of digital platforms, digital technology, and provide digital skills guidance to the people, the province has established community digital technology teams at the commune and village levels. The province currently has 1,871 community digital technology teams. Of these, there are 138 commune-level teams, 1,733 village, hamlet, and residential groups with a total of 10,257 members. This core force leads, organizes, and spreads the digital transformation process locally.
Comrade Nguyen Thanh Ha, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, said: Tuyen Quang aims to have the digital economy account for 20% of the province's GRDP by 2025 and 30% of the province's GRDP by 2030.
