Overcoming difficult times, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Hien (from Thanh Loc commune, Can Loc, Ha Tinh) is the director of 3 human resource supply companies in Dong Nai province.
Born into a family of 4 sisters, when Hoang Thi Thu Hien (born in 1980) was 10 years old, her father passed away, and since then her mother has been the sole breadwinner of the family with many hardships and difficulties. Therefore, since childhood, Hien has always been obedient, filial and tried hard to study to find opportunities to change her life and become a pillar of support for her family.
Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Hien is currently Vice President of Southern Ha Tinh Business Association.
After graduating from high school, in 1998, Ms. Hien chose to leave her hometown to Dong Nai to study at Dong Nai Pedagogical College (now Dong Nai Pedagogical University). At this time, she studied and applied for part-time jobs with many jobs, from tutoring to cleaning, serving at restaurants, coffee shops... After graduating from college, Ms. Hien had the opportunity to teach, but after thinking about it, she decided to stay in Bien Hoa City to start a career. She was accepted as a staff member at a vocational college in Bien Hoa City. From here, the opportunity to change her life came to her.
The years of struggling with life away from home in a foreign country and working as a vocational school employee have provided Ms. Hien with valuable assets to boldly open her own path. In early 2010, Ms. Hien established a company in the field of human resource leasing. Up to now, after 13 years from the initial company, she has developed and expanded into 3 companies: Thanh Tin Dat LLC; Bao Long Security Service; Thanh Minh Clean Industrial Cleaning with more than 3,000 employees.

Ms. Hien shared: “Initially, I founded the company from an understanding of market supply and demand and from the thoughts and wishes of the children of my hometown, which is to seek and connect with job opportunities. The successful work has helped me expand my business.”
“My life has gone through many ups and downs and hardships, but I have never stopped trying. I am young and inexperienced, but I am bold, daring to think, daring to do, determined and strong-willed. I always have in mind that I must succeed. Success is not only to help myself and my family, but also to help those who need me,” Hien confided.
After 13 years from the initial company, she has developed and expanded into 3 companies with more than 3,000 employees.
The companies owned by Ms. Hien have become prestigious human resource suppliers in Dong Nai and many provinces and cities across the country. Ms. Hien has made her mark in the market. From here, she has participated more in community activities. In particular, since 2020, when she joined the Ha Tinh Business Club in Ho Chi Minh City (now the Ha Tinh Business Association in the South), Ms. Hien has had more opportunities to focus on her hometown. As Vice President of the Ha Tinh Business Association in the South, Ms. Hien not only actively supports many people from Ha Tinh to work in the southern provinces but also supports social security activities in the area.
In 2021, Ms. Hien donated 50 million VND to support the province in preventing and fighting the COVID-19 pandemic; donated money and gifts to support flood victims in her hometown... She also called on and connected her business friends to support house building and giving gifts in Thanh Loc commune in particular and in the province in general. Recently, on the occasion of Lunar New Year, Ms. Hien gave 50 gifts to people in difficult circumstances in the area.
