"This Tet gift I brought home for my mother. As for Tet, I use whatever I have," Ms. Hanh (49 years old, worker at Bac Lieu Urban Service Center) shared with Dan Tri reporter.
Ms. Hanh is one of dozens of workers and laborers in Bac Lieu who received Tet gifts from the leaders of the Central Internal Affairs Committee as Tet approaches.

"We are in difficult circumstances, so everyone is very happy to receive Tet gifts," the 49-year-old woman said, expressing her gratitude for the caring and sharing activities with workers on this occasion by departments, branches and localities.
Giving Tet gifts to workers and employees in the health sector and urban areas of Bac Lieu on the 27th of Tet, Mr. Vo Van Dung, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Internal Affairs Committee, commented that those who carry out the mission of taking care of people's health are very valuable. As for urban workers, the streets and living environment are clean and green thanks to the quiet work of you guys.
"Thank you, doctors, nurses, and urban workers. Wishing you and your families a joyful and happy spring," Mr. Dung sent a message, encouraging workers and laborers to try their best to complete their tasks to develop the province.
The Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee also requested the Bac Lieu Provincial Labor Federation to study and coordinate with functional units to organize many creative competitions to honor those working in the medical sector as well as workers in other professions.

According to the leader of the Bac Lieu Provincial Federation of Labor, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, trade unions at all levels in the province have focused on organizing many practical and meaningful activities with the motto of ensuring that all people and workers have a Tet holiday, leaving no one behind.
This is a very practical activity that demonstrates the concern of trade unions at all levels in taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members, workers, civil servants and laborers on the occasion of Tet. Thereby creating peace of mind and encouragement for workers and laborers to have more confidence, make efforts to work, produce, and join hands with the unit to complete the task well.
Also on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union and the National Assembly's Ethnic Council presented hundreds of gifts to farmers, workers, poor and near-poor households, and policy families in Bac Lieu province.
