Efforts to put out the fire at the Karaoke bar in Phuoc An town

After 3 hours of active firefighting, authorities have not yet completely controlled the fire inside Lam Hien 2 Karaoke bar in residential group 8, Phuoc An town, Krong Pac district.

According to initial information, the fire broke out at around 11am on September 20 on the first floor of the Karaoke bar. The bar’s staff and surrounding residents quickly used water and on-site fire extinguishers to put out the fire.

However, due to the design of the Karaoke bar containing many flammable materials, the fire spread very quickly.

After receiving the news, the authorities promptly arrived, mobilizing 7 fire trucks to surround and isolate the fire, preventing it from spreading to the surrounding areas. Local leaders were also present at the scene to monitor and direct the firefighting efforts.

It is known that when the fire broke out, the karaoke business area on the first floor had no customers, while the area on the second floor had many customers playing billiards. About 20 people present at the shop all escaped safely.

The karaoke bar was designed to be closed and solid, so the fire inside was still very complicated. Authorities had to mobilize excavators and cranes to break down the wall and put out the fire inside. Preliminary damage could be up to 20 billion VND.
