Ninh Phuoc: Summary of 5 years of implementing Decree No. 21/2019/ND-CP

On May 24, the Ninh Phuoc District Defense Zone Steering Committee held a conference to review 5 years of implementing Decree No. 21/2019/ND-CP of the Government on Defense Zones.

Over the past 5 years, the Steering Committee for the Development of Ninh Phuoc District has led and directed the strict implementation of Resolution No. 21/2019/ND-CP of the Government on the comprehensive development of the development of the area. Thereby, it has maintained political security, social order and safety, built a favorable environment contributing to socio-economic development, and met the requirements of national defense and security tasks in the district.

In the coming time, the Steering Committee for the Ninh Phuoc District Disaster Prevention and Control will continue to strengthen the dissemination, information, and propaganda work, raising awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors, socio-political organizations and the entire population on the task of building the disaster prevention and control area. Promote the combination of socio-economic development with strengthening national defense and security, creating material and technical resources to build an increasingly solid disaster prevention and control area. Perform well the function of the "Working Army", actively carry out mass mobilization work, participate in building the political system at the grassroots level; consolidate and strengthen the relationship between the army and the people, build a solid "People's heart position". Continue to take care of building the district's armed forces to be strong in politics, ideology, and organization, truly the core to strengthen the potential of national defense and security; build a reserve mobilization force, militia and self-defense force, and commune-level police force in accordance with regulations. Organize well the district disaster prevention and control drills; drills on flood and storm prevention, search and rescue; Combat drills in communes and towns in the KVPT. Close coordination between the military, police and militia forces in organizing and practicing plans to protect Party committees, authorities and agencies at all levels; proactively handling situations related to political security and social order and safety in the area.
