Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung was born in 1957 in Quang Ngai, known as a steel businesswoman in the gold, silver and gemstone business. She is currently the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ). Previously, she held both the positions of Chairwoman and General Director of PNJ from 2004 to 2018.

To build Vietjet Air to the rapid growth it has today, Ms. Thao encountered many difficulties when she first started. Besides, she also had to endure pressure from big companies like Vietnam Airlines and the scrutiny of the market.
Under her skillful leadership, Vietjet Air has grown rapidly. During the period from 2014 to 2016, this airline occupied 29% of the market share.
As of 2019, Vietjet has captured more than 40% of the domestic market share, recording business profits in its second year of taking off.
According to the first quarter 2023 business results report, Vietjet's air transport revenue reached VND12,880 billion. Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, born in 1955, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of BRG Group, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of SeABank - is one of the most influential female entrepreneurs in Vietnam.
