The village is located at the foot of Tay Phuong mountain where Tay Phuong pagoda is located in Thach Xa commune, Thach That district. From Hanoi, follow Thang Long Highway for about 25km to the turnoff to Thach That, turn right and continue for another 10km and you will see a sign to Tay Phuong pagoda.

The dragonflies are made of bamboo and beautifully painted. The special thing is that the dragonflies can stand on their beaks. They mainly produce 3 types of dragonflies in 3 sizes: large, medium, small, corresponding to body lengths of 12, 15 and 18cm, priced from 3,000 VND to 10,000 VND/each depending on size. Dragonflies are sold at the souvenir stalls of Tay Phuong Pagoda.
