The person sitting in the "hot seat" to replace Mr. Hoang is Mr. Tran Lam. Mr. Tran Lam - the new general director of City Auto - is the son of Mr. Tran Ngoc Dan - chairman of the board of directors of City Auto.

Mr. Lam is also a member of the board of directors of City Auto. According to the management report for the first 6 months of 2024, Mr. Lam owns more than 7.5 million CTF shares, equivalent to 8.4% of charter capital.

At Ocean Group, the company has also dismissed the position of general director from December 15, 2024 and terminated the labor contract at the personal request of Mr. Pham Hung Viet from the date of completion of procedures to change the legal representative.

Mr. Le Vu Hai was appointed as General Director of Dai Duong Group to replace Mr. Viet from December 16, 2024.

The Board of Directors also assigned the Chairman of the Board of Directors to sign a labor contract and decide on salary and other benefits for the new General Director.

Meanwhile, the position of legal representative of Ocean Group that Mr. Pham Hung Viet is holding will be transferred to Ms. Le Thi Viet Nga - chairwoman of the company's board of directors .

At Thu Duc House Development Corporation (TDH), Mr. Nguyen Hai Long has also just submitted his resignation from the position of general director.

"During my work, I tried my best to complete the assigned tasks. However, due to personal reasons, I cannot continue to undertake my responsibilities and tasks," the TDH general director wrote in the application.

On November 29, Mr. Long's resignation was approved. TDH appointed Ms. Tran Thi Lien as the new general director.

In addition, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc An (born in 1967) recently submitted his resignation from the position of chief accountant of Nam Can Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company (SNC), starting from January 1, 2025.
