Avoid feedback?
Previously, Nguoi Dua Tin published an article “Dong Nai: Many illegal constructions on agricultural land”, reflecting on the fact that in Long An commune, Long Thanh district, there are many constructions operating with signs of illegality on agricultural land for many years, which have not been completely handled.
To get more multi-dimensional information, Nguoi Dua Tin reporters contacted the People's Committee of Long An commune many times, but have not received any official response so far.
Specifically, the reporter went to schedule a meeting with the People's Committee of Long An commune about the above content. Here, the People's Committee of the commune announced that the Chairman of the commune had assigned Mr. Ly Minh Long - Vice Chairman to handle the case.
After that, the reporter contacted Mr. Ly Minh Long - Vice Chairman of Long An commune many times, but only received familiar answers, "I have too much work, I haven't been able to handle it yet", "I'm busy in a meeting, I will handle it and respond"...
Up to now, after more than 1 month of contact, the reporter has not received any notice of work schedule or any official response related to the content of the work registration with the People's Committee of Long An commune.
Illegal constructions are still operating freely, posing many potential safety risks. Meanwhile, local authorities are trying to shift the blame and avoid providing feedback to reporters.
The factory area named KCTC Logistics Center & Bonded Warehouse (Long Thanh Warehouse and Logistic Joint Stock Company) was built on agricultural land and is still operating without a license.
Regarding the issue of illegal and unlicensed construction works in Dong Nai province, Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, gave his opinion and requested the Departments and branches to actively inspect, promptly detect and prevent illegal and unplanned construction, not prolong the time, risk of breaking the planning, affecting socio-economic development.
Mr. Linh emphasized: "Any Chairman of the People's Committee of a commune, ward or town who allows illegal construction to occur will be strictly handled. When illegal constructions occur, that official is either incompetent or has been disabled. If not replaced, he or she will no longer be able to demonstrate strictness of the law."
Need to clarify and handle seriously
According to Mr. HVK (residing in Long An commune, Long Thanh district), about half a year ago, Mr. K. built several small structures on perennial land such as: roof, toilet... on a small plot of land near his house.
Immediately after that, Mr. K. was asked by the commune authorities to dismantle the illegal construction on agricultural land. He immediately complied.
Hung Hoa factory area, Hong Phuong Trang Company Limited is operating on agricultural land.
Mr. K. is upset, why near his house there are many factories of thousands of square meters, concrete stations... all built and operating on agricultural land, for many years no one has forced them to dismantle or enforce them. Why did the local government only ask Mr. K. to dismantle, but what about the illegal and unlicensed constructions near his house?
On April 9, Nguoi Dua Tin recorded a series of illegal and unlicensed construction works that had previously been reported to the People's Committee of Long An commune, which are still operating, such as: the factory area named KCTC Logistics Center & Bonded Warehouse (Long Thanh Logistics and Warehouse Joint Stock Company), Long An concrete factory (Long Thanh Concrete Company Limited), a huge project on rice land (at map plot No. 65, map sheet No. 57 in Long An commune), Tam Tri Hung iron yard, Hung Hoa factory area, Hong Phuong Trang Company Limited...
Long An Concrete Factory (Long Thanh Concrete Company Limited) is built on agricultural land.
It is worth mentioning that, in addition to construction violations, the operation of these illegal and unlicensed factories and constructions poses many potential risks of insecurity, negatively affecting the environment, and not ensuring fire prevention and fighting conditions...
Huge project on rice land (at map plot number 65, map sheet number 57 in Long An commune).
In particular, recently, the number of fires and explosions in Dong Nai province has been constantly increasing, causing great damage to property, even many fires of a serious nature.
This has caused public outrage and many questions have been raised: why are these factories and constructions built illegally and without permits without being handled by the government and relevant agencies?
And, when will the local authorities and functional agencies completely handle the illegal and unlicensed constructions in Long An commune?
The Messenger will continue to inform.
