Nhan Ly route is nearly 700m long, connecting from residential group 1 (Hung Tri ward) to Ky Tan commune (Ky Anh district).
As the unit responsible for constructing Nhan Ly road, these days, taking advantage of favorable weather, Dong Anh General Trading Company Limited (Ha Tinh City) is focusing on completing the road surface.
Mr. Nguyen At Suu - Project Manager said: "Currently, the company has completed nearly 90% of the project. When the weather clears up, we will mobilize machinery and workers to focus on spreading base A and paving the road surface. The unit will try to ensure both the schedule and the quality of the project so that people will have a beautiful road to travel before the upcoming Lunar New Year...".

Nhan Ly route is an important inter-district route connecting from National Highway 1, Ky Anh town center to Ky Tan commune (Ky Anh district), making trading convenient and easy. The route is located right in the center of Ky Anh town, so it is also the urban face of Hung Tri ward in particular and the town in general.
Although it is an important route, for nearly 2 years, people living on both sides of the road have had to live with its deterioration, affecting their travel and daily life. Because, in early 2022, during the construction of the wastewater treatment and collection system (under the Dynamic Urban Development Project - Ky Anh Urban Sub-project), the road was seriously plowed, plus the slow progress of site clearance, causing Nhan Ly road to be full of potholes, dust in the summer and flooded in the rainy season.
Faced with that situation, the People's Committee of Ky Anh town decided to invest in the project to upgrade and renovate Nhan Ly road to expand the route and ensure traffic and trade. The project started on July 20, 2023 with a length of nearly 700m, after upgrading it will be 13.5m wide. The project has a total cost of more than 11 billion VND, and is scheduled to be handed over and put into use on March 20, 2024.
Up to now, Nhan Ly road has reached nearly 90% of the total progress of the project. The people's hope for a spacious and clean road is about to come true.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Long - Head of the community monitoring team of TDP 1, Hung Tri ward shared: "For nearly 2 years, 65 households with more than 300 people living along Nhan Ly road have always had to endure the dusty sun and muddy rain, which has greatly affected the lives and activities of the people. Now the road has been upgraded and expanded, making us very happy and excited...".

Mr. Vo Xuan Hien - Deputy Director of the Ky Anh Town Construction Investment Project Management Board said: "The project aims to contribute to ensuring traffic on the route and gradually completing the traffic infrastructure, contributing to the urban beautification of Ky Anh town towards building the town into a city by 2025.
In order to complete the route in time for the Lunar New Year 2024 for people to travel, we have directed the construction units to focus maximum manpower and machinery, take advantage of favorable weather, and urgently complete the remaining items of the route. With the current high concentration, it is expected that the route will be completed in about 1 month...
