After visiting the creative and self-study spaces for young people here, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man highly appreciated the model of Armenia's TUMO Center for Creative Technology; suggested that Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha direct research to build creative technology centers similar to your TUMO model.
According to the National Assembly Chairman, through the above-mentioned effective educational methods and models, it helps create an educational environment to help Vietnamese youth self-study and improve their qualifications, especially knowledge and skills in science and technology, innovation, artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
This is one of the necessary conditions for training digital human resources in the new era, the era of national growth.
The National Assembly Chairman said that Vietnam has recently decided to exempt tuition fees for students from kindergarten to high school nationwide; demonstrating the special attention of the Party and State of Vietnam to the development of human resources, especially high-quality human resources - one of the three strategic breakthroughs according to the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the delegation listened to an introduction to the TUMO Center for Innovative Technology with training programs conducted in the form of self-study, seminars, and project experiments with 14 learning objectives.
Through these educational formats, Armenia is redefining education by putting young people in charge of their own learning. Through a unique blend of exploration, self-directed learning, hands-on workshops, and expert-led labs, young people develop real-world skills across 15 dynamic disciplines, from coding and robotics to music, graphic design, and more.

By fostering creativity, critical thinking and technological fluency, Armenia empowers the next generation to lead, innovate and shape the future, the Center said.
To date, the TUMO network has expanded with centers in many other cities, such as: Dilijan, Gyumri, Stepanakert (Artsakh), Paris (France), Beirut (Lebanon), Tirana (Albania), Berlin (Germany), Lyon (France), Kyiv (Ukraine), Mannheim (Germany), Coimbra (Portugal) and Lisbon (Portugal).
Armenia is currently building 16 full-scale TUMO Centers in major cities and placing 110 “TUMO Boxes” – compact, high-tech learning spaces – for youth in remote areas.
In June 2025, TUMO plans to open the first TUMO Innovation Technology Center in Asia (located in Japan).
