20 thousand people in Quang Tri participate in the course "Digital Literacy for All"

Previously, on April 11, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province held a launching ceremony for the "Digital Education for All" movement and deployed this topic with the presentation of expert Tran Khanh Tu.
