Comrades: Lo Thi Minh Phuong, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Nguyen Manh Quan, Vice President of the Provincial Association for Promoting Education chaired at the Dien Bien bridge.
The President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education affirmed that, through different periods and specific stages, families and clans have always played a very important role in building a learning society. In the current integration trend, families and clans are also places to preserve cultural values and good qualities of Vietnamese people in the renovation period... This workshop is an opportunity to further raise the awareness of each cadre, party member and people about the role and effect of learning families and clans in the community and society today. From there, promote the learning movement in residential areas, unite families and clans into a united, unanimous, and consensual force in the movement of the whole people competing to learn for life, contributing to building cultural, civilized, and safe residential areas...
In the spirit of openness, enthusiasm and responsibility, the Workshop recorded many presentations from scientists, associations at all levels, families and clans on the current role of families and clans; at the same time, shared the advantages, difficulties and solutions to better implement the Learning Family and Learning Clan Model, aiming at the goal of building the whole country into a learning society. Thereby, preserving and promoting the good qualities of Vietnamese people.
