A district in Lam Dong plans to auction 43 land lots, collecting at least 137 billion VND

(NLDO) - 43 plots of land in Duc Trong district (Lam Dong) have been approved with starting prices ranging from nearly 3 billion to nearly 3.4 billion VND/plot.

On December 28, according to information from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, the People's Committee of Duc Trong district (Lam Dong province) issued a decision approving the starting price for auction of land use rights for 43 plots of land in the area.

According to this decision, 43 plots of land have an area of ​​145 ^m2 to 175 ^m2 ; starting price from nearly 19.3 million VND/m2 to nearly 20.6 million VND/ m2 . In total, each plot of land has a starting price from nearly ³ billion VND to nearly 3.4 billion VND/plot, the total auction revenue is expected to be at least nearly 137 billion VND.

43 plots of land are expected to be auctioned under the land fund exploitation project to create capital for infrastructure investment and construction of the Duc Trong District Administrative Center - Square.

In addition, the People's Committee of Duc Trong district has just issued a document agreeing on the policy of supplementing funding to hire a consulting unit to determine the starting land price for auctioning land use rights for 69 other land lots under the project of exploiting land funds to create capital sources for infrastructure investment and construction of the Duc Trong District Administrative Center - Square.
