(Dan Tri) - A plot of land with an area of ​​150.4 square meters, located on the old Keo factory land, in Tien Hai town, Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province, was auctioned for 23 billion VND.

The auction of land use rights at the old Keo factory site in Tien Hai town, Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province took place on March 27.

The auctioned assets are the right to use 23 plots of land, with a total residential land area of ​​3,217.3 square meters. The plots of land range in area from 90 square meters to 209.5 square meters. The starting price ranges from VND 20 million/square meter (equivalent to VND 1.8 billion/plot) to VND 82.5 million/square meter (equivalent to VND 12.405 billion/plot).

Of which, the 150.4m2 plot of land had the highest winning price of up to 23 billion VND (starting price of over 12.4 billion VND), which is 1.8 times higher than the original starting price.

The second highest winning lot has an area of ​​141.4 m2, starting price of over 10.6 billion VND, and was successfully auctioned at a price of over 18.86 billion VND.

A leader of the People's Committee of Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province confirmed that in the land auction on March 27, the highest successful bid for a land lot was 23 billion VND. The lowest lot cost about more than 3 billion VND.

"The land auctioneer paid 23 billion VND for this lot, not by square meter. This area is the core of the town center, so it has commercial advantages," said a leader of Tien Hai District People's Committee.
