According to this list, a new record for late payment has been set with the company with the highest late payment being Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company (Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City). This company is currently 14 months late with a total of 45.9 billion VND.

The record for the longest delay in payment belongs to the Eastern Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company (Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City). The delay in payment by this company until the end of October 2024 is 158 months, or more than 13 years.
