Practical environment for young people to practice and contribute

The District Youth Union and Youth Union of Nga Son district organized a program to examine, consult, and provide free medicine to households in difficult circumstances and policy families in Nga Dien commune.

Over the past 20 years since March was chosen as the Youth Union, all levels of the provincial Youth Union have been proactive and promoted the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of union members and young people in participating in socio-economic development and national defense. Many meaningful and practical movements have been implemented such as: participating in repairing rural roads, repairing canals in the fields, contributing to the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas; organizing humanitarian blood donations; examining, consulting and distributing free medicine to the poor; building charity houses, red scarf houses for poor students who have overcome difficulties, policy families, and poor households; supporting people in preventing and combating natural disasters and epidemics; organizing youth volunteer teams to participate in ensuring traffic order and safety; actively planting trees, protecting forests, preventing and fighting forest fires; propagating to ensure food hygiene and safety...

The year 2025, with many important events and major holidays of the homeland and the country, is the year of Party congresses at all levels leading up to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, the 14th National Party Congress... The Youth Union in 2025 was chosen with the theme "Youth is proud, firmly believes in the Party" to launch in the whole union with the key contents being: arousing pride, strengthening trust in the Party and continuing the glorious tradition of the nation. Through volunteer activities, it aims to create strong impressions that spread throughout the community and the whole society; consolidate and improve the quality of the union and association; and at the same time create an environment for young people to practice, contribute and mature.

Following the theme of the Youth Union's activities, the Provincial Youth Union organized a series of response activities in Nghi Son town with many meaningful and practical contents such as: presenting 10 billion VND in loans for young entrepreneurs of 5 units: Hoang Hoa, Tho Xuan, Yen Dinh, Thuong Xuan District Youth Unions and Nghi Son Town Youth Union; presenting 40 gifts to families of former youth volunteers, policy families, and poor students; presenting equipment to environmental protection clubs; presenting support signs for the construction of youth tree roads; mural roads; traffic safety; food safety; waste collection houses...

In other localities and units in the province, the Youth Union atmosphere has been vibrant and burning. In Nga Son district, the District Youth Union, the District Youth Union, together with the District General Hospital Youth Union, organized a program to examine, provide consultation, and provide free medicine to disadvantaged households, lonely elderly people, meritorious people, and policy families in Nga Dien commune. Within the framework of the program, the District Youth Union presented 20 gifts to families in particularly difficult circumstances in the commune.

In Trieu Son district, the Youth Union of the District General Hospital coordinated to organize consultation and guidance on installing electronic health books and integrating health insurance cards on VNelD for people coming to the hospital for examination and treatment. Accordingly, when using the electronic health book on the application, people will enjoy benefits such as: no need to bring a paper health insurance card; easy registration for medical examination online; can quickly look up medical examination and treatment history; continuously monitor the treatment process; share medical examination and treatment information with doctors...

Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union Secretary Le Van Chau emphasized: “This year's Youth Union activities not only create hundreds of valuable youth projects and tasks, but also create a rich and large practical school, a healthy social environment for young people to contribute, practice, and mature with specific and practical work. Through these activities, we also contribute to expanding the solidarity front, gathering young people; consolidating and improving the quality of youth organizations and associations”.

According to statistics from the Provincial Youth Union, in response to and launching the Youth Union, 100% of district, town and city Youth Unions have directed their bases to continue to carry out meaningful and practical activities. In the third week of launching the Youth Union 2025, Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province have implemented more than 1,460 projects and tasks, attracting 45,000 Youth Union members and young people to participate; mobilizing social resources of 5.8 billion VND. Notably, Youth Union chapters at all levels have organized 28 teams to participate in environmental protection and climate change response. Regarding the work of joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province have mobilized support for 53 houses, mobilized 315 working days, construction materials, etc.
