In particular, the hospital has coordinated with VNPT to build a dynamic QR code integrated into the receipt for cashless payment and combined CKS in each prescription to help the team of doctors and medical staff significantly reduce work pressure, reduce time for recording and storing paper books.

The provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital integrates digital signatures with the hospital management software system, helping doctors sign, connect data and prescriptions between departments and divisions, helping patients reduce waiting time.

For businesses, when carrying out procedures related to tax payment, customs declaration, social insurance, etc., using CKS is the optimal solution for cost and human resources efficiency. For example, Thanh Cong Transport Company Limited, Tan Xuan Ward, Dong Xoai City, has been using CKS for many years, helping the company's human resources and accounting departments easily sign, send, and process work related to documents and legal documents in the electronic environment. Ms. Hoang Minh Hue, Head of the company's Human Resources Department, shared: "With the need for remote connection and online transactions, CKS has become a very necessary tool for company leaders when they can sign documents anytime, anywhere, reducing the time to circulate paper documents. Thanks to CKS, the process of exchanging information, data and transactions via the network environment of businesses with authorities as well as partners is faster and more convenient".

People of Chon Thanh town are popularized with digital signatures for convenience in handling administrative procedures.

Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, currently, units and localities are implementing many synchronous solutions to popularize digital signatures into online public services. The Department of Information and Communications has also signed a coordination program with telecommunications enterprises in the area to widely deploy digital signature applications, directly to each residential area, house and one-stop department, land registration offices at all levels to support guidance on digital signature issuance for citizens. With the free issuance of personal digital signatures in the first year of installation, people can use digital signatures when performing administrative procedures and other transactions in the electronic environment without having to print documents as before.

Mr. Pham Huy Thanh in Phu Thinh ward, Binh Long town said: For procedures related to business license registration, I do not have to go to the one-stop department to submit documents and wait like before, but can sign digitally at home. This helps me save a lot of time and money.

“Passport” of digital citizens

VNPT's remote digital signature solution has now connected and integrated with more than 450 other applications such as the National Public Service Portal and public service portals of 33 provinces and cities across the country, banking, financial, securities, insurance, educational and medical systems, etc., ensuring that each citizen only uses one unique signature for all platforms.

VNPT supports people to install digital signatures with free incentives for the first 12 months of service use.

Mr. Diep Dinh Mau, Director of VNPT Binh Phuoc Business Center, said: VNPT has supported people, businesses, and government agencies to install 140,000 CKS. We are continuing to arrange forces to coordinate with localities to advise and introduce the benefits of using the VNPT SmartCA remote CKS service. The most outstanding benefit of this service is that it helps users authenticate signatures anytime, anywhere on any device with an internet connection. VNPT is offering a 12-month free usage promotion for people when registering for the CKS service.

According to statistics, the rate of online public services generating records in Binh Phuoc is nearly 100%, administrative procedure records processed online are more than 97%. However, the rate of people using ID cards is not high. Therefore, the province has launched a peak period of "90 days and nights" to implement the "4-government" target, striving for 100% of people eligible to be granted citizen identification cards, have their electronic identification accounts activated, and use their own SIM cards with ID cards. To date, Binh Phuoc has issued nearly 252,000 ID cards to people and businesses, and the cryptography department's operations have reached more than 48%.

It can be seen that digital certificates have become an indispensable "passport" in the luggage of every citizen in the 4.0 era. Digital certificates and digital certificate certification services are identified as important legal factors to ensure the safety of electronic transactions of organizations, businesses and people in the digital environment. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications emphasized: In the face of strong digital transformation requirements, popularizing digital certificates to people is a meaningful and practical activity. Binh Phuoc has issued many directives to popularize digital certificates to people and businesses, helping people to conduct transactions without meeting and moving towards a paperless society. From there, soon complete the conditions for forming digital citizens in the province. This is also a criterion for evaluating the digital transformation index of Binh Phuoc compared to other localities in the country.
