Every year, the Company organizes periodic labor dialogues, publicly discloses production and business results to help employees understand the financial situation as well as answer all questions about the Company's policies, regulations and development plans.
This has led to 91% of employees expressing confidence in the Board of Directors' clear and transparent development path; they also said they receive fair treatment and respect at work.
In 2022, the Company organized hundreds of training courses with a total duration of more than 46,000 hours, attracting 24,250 participants. In addition to professional skills, the training sessions also focused on developing soft skills, helping to improve work efficiency and communication and cooperation skills of employees. The Company also provided a clear development roadmap for capable employees who actively contributed to the Company's development.
