Based on the comments, the People's Committee of Soc Son district and the planning organization will synthesize, analyze, and select content to supplement or adjust the project, to ensure it is suitable for local reality and meet the general development requirements of the region and city.

The detailed planning of the project must also be consistent with the general planning for the capital's construction and the 1/2,000 scale urban planning of Soc Son that is being implemented at the same time.

The Soc Son horse racing track project, as initially proposed, had a total investment of about 500 million USD and was expected to bring in large budget revenue for the locality.

This complex is considered to have important significance in consolidating investment resources, creating new and higher quality tourism products, and promoting the goal of making tourism a key economic sector.

In addition, the construction of the project located in the northern tourist area of ​​the capital will add high-quality tourism products to Soc Son in particular and Hanoi in general.

When the project comes into operation, it will attract about 5,000 direct workers and 20,000 to 25,000 indirect workers; bringing a relatively large regular source of income to the city budget.
